College & Company, owned and operated by Beth Payer, is an independent college admissions consulting practice in Saratoga Springs, NY. Since 2013, the practice's college admissions planning options have been designed to increase confidence and reduce stress for high school students and their families. Beth takes a genuine interest students as unique individuals, and believes that there is a college match for everyone. Combining her understanding of student development with knowledge of college admissions, students are empowered to discover and apply to schools which best fit their objectives, personality, and potential. What is a college admissions consultant? And why hire one?
A College Admissions Consultant works privately with students and families outside of school, building upon the important work that's already happening with a student's Guidance Counselor. Educational consultants offer time, resources, and information which is helpful to many families for a wide variety of their own reasons.
